Buddha's Doodle Spa Exchange and Return Procedure

Below you will find Buddha's Doodle Spa's return policy in case you wish to exchange or return a product.

Return period

At Buddha's Doodle Spa, you can exchange or return a product within 14 days of receipt. The product must be returned to us undamaged, unused, clean, and in its original packaging. You may inspect and evaluate the product as you would in a physical store, but you may not use the product or remove any labels or price tags if you wish to return it. We will inspect it upon receipt.

* Scissors cannot be returned under any circumstances. This is because we cannot determine whether they have been used or not. If they have been used, they may cause discomfort to someone else who tries to cut with them.

* For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns that have not come into contact with the animal. Products can be inspected and held next to the animal to check for size, but they cannot be tried on or tried on.

* Custom-made products, such as harnesses, leashes, name tags, and tick collars, cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. However, after consultation and after verifying any errors on our part, many things are possible.

If you want to exchange something, you must place a new order yourself. Returns will be processed and settled separately.

Send return shipment:

Within 14 days of receipt:

1. First, register your return via retour@buddhasdoodleshop.com .

2.You will then receive a reference number that corresponds to your return.

3. Please return it to the address below, stating this reference number and your name and address.

4. The costs for returning a product are at your own expense.

5. The amount will be refunded within 7 days to the same account number used for payment.

Video material refund policy:

Purchased video content is made available immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not possible. By purchasing, the customer agrees to waive their right of withdrawal regarding this digital content.
